Introduction

Welcome to Hire Your Support. This Online Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the services provided by Hire Your Support. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms stated below.

Services

Hire Your Support provides customer support outsourcing solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Live Chat Support

  • Email Support

  • Phone Support

  • Virtual Assistant Services

  • Back Office Support

  • Customer Service Management

The scope of services will be defined according to the selected package or a separate written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information.

  • Grant necessary access to systems, software, and communication channels required for service delivery.

  • Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Payment Terms

  • Fees are payable according to the selected service package.

  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Hire Your Support will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and business data. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials provided by the client remain the property of the client. Hire Your Support shall use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, Hire Your Support does not guarantee continuous availability and shall not be liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

Hire Your Support shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding thirty (30) days.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the agreed service terms. Any outstanding payments due before termination remain payable.

Modifications

Hire Your Support reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptance

By using our services, submitting a service request, starting a free trial, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Online Service Agreement.
