HireYourSupport offers trained virtual assistants and support professionals for businesses across multiple functions including customer service, data entry, e-Commerce support and social media management. Service details, pricing, and duration are defined in your individual service agreement or plan.

Free Trial

We offer a 2-day free trial to evaluate our service.

The trial does not require payment information upfront.

If you wish to continue after the trial, standard plan rates will apply from Day 3 onward.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

Payments & Billing

All fees are payable in advance as per the selected plan or contract.

Payments can be made through our accepted online payment methods.

Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

No refunds will be provided for partial or unused service periods.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear instructions, access credentials, and materials needed for your tasks.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

HireYourSupport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use, delays, or errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services rendered in the last billing cycle.

All materials, content, and branding on our website are the property of HireYourSupport and protected under copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written consent.

Confidentiality

We respect your data privacy. All client information, project details, and shared documents are kept strictly confidential. Our team members are bound by internal non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

Payments are overdue.

Terms are violated.

Misuse, abuse, or unethical behavior occurs.

You may also cancel your plan anytime with prior written notice.
